A frank autobiography by one of golf's most talented PGA members, who is also one of the most self-destructive. John shares his version of his life story including substance abuse, marriage and divorce, the tour, gambling, and most other vices. And after all, isn't it his version that matters? Daly comes across as truthful and open, despite the reader wanting to grab him and shake him silly from time to time. Good read, and best of luck to this man.
A very easy to read and honestly written autobiography. John is clearly an impulsive guy (food, booze, women, gambling and lastly - golf!) However the ending, with him doing his own Q&A, looks like he only had so much to write about and needed to fill up the last hundread or so pages.
Still its recommended for easy, enjoyable reading. ( )
