I stopped reading because Luna had finally gotten to a mostly-good place in her life and I could see the storm coming. She would make a couple of bad decisions and one or two catastrophic ones, and I just couldn't stand to go through that. She spent four full books growing as a person and she was going to fall back on old habits and life is too short to torture myself, so I'm giving up on this one. ( ) Luna has been an annoyingly troubled character in previous books in this series, but in Daemon's Mark she's moved on to being more sassy/kick-ass. It is a welcome change, as is the fact that she's actually functioning with some emotional connections to the other characters. There are some troubling loose endings though; I wanted Luna to save more people than she wound up saving. It was like a few characters just were no longer important at the end of the book, to the detriment of the story. This is the best book in this series so far, and a fast paced and interesting read. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
