The book takes you on a journey with Frank the fireman and his crew. The firemen go on a mission to put out a brush fire. This book illustrates the importance of firemen and the courageous task they have to keep our communities safe.

Introduced to the life of a fireman (or woman), we are shown around the inside of a typical firehouse, with the bunkroom, kitchen and office sitting above the waiting firetrucks. This book tells a story while informing the reader about the basics of the fire trucks, such as how the pumper truck holds 1000 gallons of water and the many inspections the firehouse and all its equipment must go through. It also tells some general fire safety like to stop, drop and roll if you're ever on fire. ( )
