Interesting but I'd take some of the body fat information with a large pinch of salt. Also he uses the traditional food pyramid which some nutritionists say is unbalanced in reality. Bob Greene is of the opinion that you Have to make time for fitness otherwise you suffer, and is very much a morning person. He advocates 5-7 days of exercise of 40-60 minutes duration, which I would find scary, and in ways that's a problem with the book, he doesn't advocate easing yourself into exercise but launching yourself into it which many people would find intimidating. A book that would be better in the hands of someone who had already embarked on a fitness regime and had plateaued rather than a rank beginner like me. Best done in conjunction with a nutritionist or doctor or both to check on the currency of some of the information about diet. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

I go back to it now and then to inspire myself - especially moments like this summer, when I realize I've strayed from my goals and need to get back on track.
Oprah and Bob make you feel like you can do it. That goes a long way for me. ( )
