Two stories in one book. Mac's football injury sidelines his career and sends him back to his childhood farm and childhood friend, Jewel. Colt loved Jenny all his life, but his friend has already chosen her for his own. But after Huck's death, will Jenny accept Colt as a substitute groom? (

Contains two books: Virgin Groom and Substitute Groom.
In the first, he's an injured football player who returns to camp for seriously ill children and falls in love with former best friend. In the second, he's loved her forever and she loves his best friend. Friend dies and he gets to tell her the good news. Very so-so books. The characters don't talk so the conflicts that keep them apart are stupid. (
