I really like the idea of this story, but as before I wish the author had addressed why no condoms were mentioned or used. I know some folks don't care but I do. Severn immediately knows Sophie is his mate and it's a whole lot of sex and fun between them, while searching for the chalice and dealing with evil Fae and she-dragons

At the point of having read the first five books in this series, I'd have to say that "Sophie's Dragon" has the most substance to it. It's still quite similar to all the other books, but Sophie and Severn are much more tangible as characters, especially in terms of their relationship. For the first time in this series, you get the feeling of the characters actually interacting and getting to know one another. After this book, I've found my interest in the series drastically dwindling. ( )

Very much out of control alpha male, good plot sort of strong submissive female but she does grow on you Alot of adult situations and very interesting quest. ( )

This book seemed to be based on sex mostly. The guy didn't care what was going on with her or care what she had to say. The female was against being controled in any way but allowed him to do it sexually. That was really confusing about her personality as a character. There also seem to be to many numberous factors that should have been included in their search for the cup that weren't considered by the characters. ( )

This is book #3 of the Supernatural Bonds series by Jory Strong and pick up where book #2 left off. I should add that each book is a whole and complete story in and of itself. However, each book builds on the previous stories.

Sophie is a fanciful writer. She loves to write stories that include paranormal/mythical elements because she learned early on that life can be very ugly and very unfair. She's seen her friends find the kind of happiness she can only dream about and secretly longs for her own dominant heartmate. In the meantime, she'll do some investigating of her own and might get a great story out of this whole missing artifact thingie...

Severn is a dragon living in human form in the human realm. The instant he lays eyes on Sophie, his dragon screams "MINE!". He's also looking for the missing artifact as possessing it will impact the future of all dragons. So he heeds his inner dragon and decides to 'assist' Sophie while claiming her for his own.

These two have a few problems...there are other groups looking for the artifact, and they don't play well with others. Severn's mother is the mother-of-all-nighmares idea of a mother-in-law and HATES Sophie. The female dragon Severn's mother wants him mated to wants both the cup and Severn...and is willing to do just about anything to get rid of the pesky human in her way. And Severn needs to take Sophie to the dragon realm, but he can't do that unless he's in dragon form...maybe he should tell Sophie he's a dragon? ( )
