Thorough overview of the science as far is it is understood, by a doctor and researcher who is obviously extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject. However, despite this, it is very subjective in places and also concentrates on the science of recurrent miscarriage and only skips over the psychological effect of miscarriage, which was a disappointment. I'm not sure how useful this would be to the lay reader who had had her first miscarriage. ( ) Was a bit disappointed because of a bit outdated info and absence of web-links for further research. Despite that, it is a very good and educational book, in both medical and "personal" styles of written text. Case studies/Stories are a great bonus to the narrative. Perspective of the author along with her own experience gives a face to the subject. A very thought-through book indeed. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
