It's Stormbringer Fifth Ed./Elric! (partially) ported over to the d20 system and partially just copy-and-pasted tables and graphics.

If you want to play in the world of Elric and are set on using the d20 system, then this is fine though somewhat flawed book. Otherwise, stick with the BRP version. (
