I may have read other RL Stine books when I was a kid, but this is the one that stuck with me. ( )

When Josie and Erica's sister,Rachel, is hurt in a riding accident, all their lives change. Erica is charged with much of Rachel's care because Josie always finds an excuse to be somewhere else. As Valentine's day approaches, Josie starts receiving threatening Valentine cards. Who could hate Josie so much. Is it Rachel's old boyfriend who blames Josie for the accident? is it Melissa, Josie's ex-BFF?

This book was really good. Well for tweens and teens who like a little mystery. This one is creepy but not supernatural at all. And I have to say that I was surprised at the end. ( )

One of my favorite fear streets, I used to read this every February (its a valentine's day horror). ( )

I did not guess the ending of this one at all- I was sure Rachel was guilty the whole time. I'm not into Stine's nasty characters- like Josie in this one (or nasty Reba from Silent Night), so I wasn't too sad about Josie dying. What did bother me was that Erica's parents do nothing to fix the situation with Josie not helping. ( )
