I never knew there were chiropractors for animals! Alison Seely is a vet who also does chiropractic treatment on animals with great success. This book tells about her career and her love for what she does shines through. She has a wonderful ability to understand what is ailing animals without anthropomorphising them or turning herself into some animal whisperer. She is able to understand both her human clients and her animal patients.

The book also looks at her life as a fitness enthusiast, and the injuries she has suffered. She is a strong person and I'm glad I got to know her through her intriguing memoir. ( )
