The story is short but interesting and spooky, wasnt a fan of the writing style of this book cause it took me out a few times but still it didn’t ruin the experience and I still enjoyed the book.

Sacred Witchery is the haunting story of 2 friends coming to terms with the death of their best friend, Keith. Each man finds himself in some mundane stage of life, searching for something to complete themself. After the death of their friend, they come together in an attempt to rationalize the death of Keith only to find that they are each experiencing events that can only be described as supernatural.
I throughly enjoyed the plot of this book. You get multiple different POVs which assist in the understanding of the story. Each chapter leaves you uneasy and confused which is exactly how the characters feel and it becomes more clear as time goes on. That being said I found the writing style to be choppy and it did not flow well. It took me out of the story a couple times. The story line is amazing, just hard to lose yourself in on occasion. ( )

I appreciate receiving this story via Early Reviewers. Short and spooky. I don't entirely enjoy the blurring of reality and dream worlds, but that's just my taste. Those scenes weren't interesting to me. However, peppered throughout are some very cool and descriptive paragraphs of gnarly acts. I loved those scenes and they kept me going. The characters are good. The ending was OK. If you consider yourself a horror fan, this one is probably worth reading. People who don't enjoy horror might like it, as well. Not overly gross or violent.

Three friends are haunted by a dream of a woman. They don't remember who she is, but she remembers them.

A short book, but it was a very interesting story. I liked how a woman always gets revenge but felt sorry for some of the characters. The ending was a bit of a shocker. ( )
