The author is a book critic, or so I assume and wrote about a number of books that one should read. Covers every imaginable topic and covers dozens of authors in different genres. So it is sort of like Goodreads, only stuck in a particular time. I did get some good suggestions from this book, but there are some suggestions that didn't interest me, so I skipped them. These would be the suggestions on cookbooks and some others like it. ( )

I like it! This was before the internet was really as accessible... and so it is a bit outdated now. But it's still a great list, so I kept it. ( )

Great tipps, but a lot of uninteresting categories. Now I just need the time to get my hands and all those and read em ( )
