Quinn immediately starts openly flirting with Grey to test the waters to see if Grey feels the same way. When Grey realizes his intentions, he is hesitant to start anything due to his already-strained relationship with his son Josh. But once he starts giving in to temptation, he wants to let Quinn take the reins ruin him in the best ways possible.
Grey and Quinn's chemistry is off the charts and I loved how well Grey responded to Quinn's dirty talk and actions. Also, even though this is labeled as low-angst, you do see quite a bit due to Grey always second guessing everything because of his son and Quinn/Josh's friendship. Even with this, Cora always writes the tough scenes out really well and we do see the HEA that we are always rooting for!.

Merged review:
Quinn has been pining for Grey for the past 4 years without Grey knowing. When Grey's son Josh bails on their vacation plans before he leaves for college, Quinn quickly informs him that he will go in his place.
