Mrs Hudson and The Christmas Canary is the sixth entry in the historical mystery series A Holmes & Hudson Mystery, by Martin Davies and, like past books in the series, it is a whole lot of fun. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys an entertaining Christmas cozy with likeable characters and an interesting locked-room puzzle, if you haven’t read any of the past books, not to worry, it can be read as a standalone.
