The characters here are really charming. When Kikuzato’s mom finds out about his racing and the shifty guy handing prosthetics out like candy, is the highlight of this volume. You feel the parental concern and pride she has in her baby boy.

The track team is also fun and shaping up to be good friends to Kikuzato. I’ll read another volume for sure.
