This quiz book was amazing! My two children would quiz each other to see who would get the most correct. When one of them got the question wrong, they went back to the Bible to revisit the text. I love how this quiz booklet helped to motivate them to learn more about the Bible. ( )

These are Bible questions that touch most of the areas in the Book of Genesis. When a child (family) has gone through the book, they will have in-depth knowledge of the Book. There are some questions in the book that will make the kids think outside the book, and how it is related to other books and to life. This book is from ‪Only One Life‬ I received it as an early reviewer in LibraryThing.com. I reported I never received it only to later realize it was an electronic version after Abigail Ezizor resent it in three formats as options to read and I am thankful she did. This book is the fist of five books in this series. It is a book of 432 questions that I am able to play with my daughter. As I said above it is on the book of Genesis. This is a straight forward list of questions covering the content of Genesis, the first book of the Bible. Mostly questions are in the multiple choice format with a few short answer mixed in ever so often. There is no grouping for questions either corresponding to chapters or content. Unsure of the theological perspective from which the short answers are based. Most answers are YEC compatible. ( )

The questions reiterated what is being told in the book of Genesis which helps kids learn & remember what they are reading or stories they have heard. The answers are in the back of the book. I found it difficult to go back & forth from the questions to the answers and back to the questions. I wish this part of the book was easier to find & navigate. ( )

Being the 71-year-old nondenominational Christian woman I've become since publishing my first two Christian books after reviewing scores of nonfiction Christians, has been a Christian blogger with a passion for sharing the Lord's words. I now love reading Christian books more than ever, especially those whose purpose is to educate young Christian children and spark an interest in learning more about the Lord and their Christian faith.

Whenever I review a Christian book, especially nonfiction ones, I always endeavor to include Scripture related to what the book is about or to include myself as part of the review to add some authenticity to the review I'm writing.

This book hasn't hesitated to state what the book is about or for whom the book has written. It's stated right in the book's title, "Biblical Questions and Answers for Smart Kids:…." This book has indeed been written for smart kids, who already possess knowledge about the Old Testament and the Book of Genesis.

There is no substance to the book; the book only consists of a collection of 400+ mostly multiple-choice questions about the Book of Genesis, with the answers at the back of the book to help parents test the knowledge of their smart Christian children. For this lack of substance, I, unfortunately, can only give this book 3 STARS. ( )
