I just knew from the previous book at the end we would be in for a rollercoaster ride with Quinn and Willow’s story but didn’t expect how emotional it would get. Quinn saves Willow in a crazy event and she is on the brink of death butt Quinn never leaves her side. He is very protective of her and wants nothing but for her to feels safe and be happy. Willow has never been treated with such care and kindness, so she doesn’t know how to accept it all and just knows she needs to leave. She has seen pain like no one should ever go through, she has lived in a darkness that no one should ever have to endure, but beyond this she still has a fight in her for her freedom and to live her life on her own terms. Quinn only wants to show her she deserves everything good in this world but how can he get through to her when she is determined to leave because she thinks she is taking advantage of his kindness. This book was another great one in this series as they all continue to be with its emotional moments and slow burn you fall in love with the way Quinn shows Willow that she too can be loved. ( )
