As someone who gets a visit from a fox throughout the year, I absolutely loved this book. Children who love animals, and finding out how to find them, will also enjoy this book. It's for children who are just learning how to read, and those who are working hard to master the written word. Font and paragraph sizes range, depending on the reader. The pictures are absolutely stunning, and the information given is clearly written to help young readers understand the information they are being given. ( ) This book is great for all ages, for younger grades a teacher should read it aloud, but for older elementary kids this would be a great picture book because it is a bit more serious. This book was all about foxes, each page had pictures of foxes and different facts about them. The entire book tells all you need to know about foxes and how they survive. In a classroom this would be great to use in a unit about forest creatures or just learning about animals. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

"Taking kids on an imaginary trek through different landscapes and seasons, How to Find a Fox celebrates one of our planet's most graceful and enchanting creatures: the red fox. Ossi Saarinen's stunning wildlife photos and Kate Gardner's lively and informative words capture the magical and profound connection between animals and humans. Readers will be inspired to get outside and make their own discoveries--maybe with a camera in-hand, just like Ossi"-- Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
