This was alright. Very short novella about a witch who summons a "soul hunter" to help her find the person targeting her coven. Then they have sex. A lot. There's not really much plot or development. Pretty typical fantasy world building. The romance moves quickly to forever.

Overall it wasn't bad just not long enough to be developed properly. I did like that Serena didn't just sit back and let Luis do all the work when it came to neutralizing the threat. I loved that even though she wasn't as strong - she was sneaky and smart. My favourite scene from the fight; “To me, witch!” the warlock yelled. His hands lifted as power whipped through the room. Wind howled inside the house. Serena seemed to rocket to the bastard. Michael smiled his sick, twisted grin as she screamed and shot toward him. Luis leapt to his feet and— Serena whipped the warlock’s knife from behind her back. Such a sneaky, clever, beautiful witch. “Here I am, jackass!” She plunged the blade into Michael’s chest.
