I was very intrigued by the theme of unled lives, but Miller lets himself wander far afield from this, meditating on life itself and the fundamentals of experience. Instead of giving the reader any room to apply these ideas to her own life, or maybe telling his story a bit more, Miller gives way too many examples and excerpts from poetry and fiction and more analysis and interpretation of those excerpts than even an English major is likely to tolerate. I suspect fiction is more his medium. ( ) aucune critique | ajouter une critique

In an elegant and provocative rumination, Andrew H. Miller lingers with other selves, listening to what they have to say about our stories and our lives"-- Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
