It has been a fantastic month for Lisa Harris fans. Hostage Rescue makes her third new release in a little over a month and it doesn't disappoint. It is fast-paced and action-packed from page one.

Former Army Ranger, Caden O'Callaghan, is out for a hike when he hears a blood curdling scream. Much to his surprise, he discovers the scream came from none other than Gwen Ryland, best friend of his ex-fiance. He comes to her rescue and finds out that two masked men kidnapped her brother and pushed her off the mountain. It is a race against time to get help and figure out who is behind this whole thing and what do they want all while avoiding these two men desperate to get Gwen.

This is the third installment in the series featuring the O'Callaghan brothers. Although this can be read as a standalone, do yourself a favor and read Sheltered by the Soldier and Christmas Witness Pursuit first so you can appreciate the updates from the other brothers at the end of this story.

Hostage Rescue by Lisa Harris is the third book in her O’Callaghan Brothers’ series. This story starts off with an adrenaline-rush chase through the Rocky Mountains. Gwen Ryland is now being chased by the masked men who kidnapped her brother on the trail and pushed her over the edge of a cliff. Former army ranger, Caden O’Callaghan, hears the scream and goes to investigate. Putting himself right in the middle of the danger. Caden must use all his skills to get Gwen safely out of the mountains. Gwen was my kind of heroine. She wasn’t a fainting, crying wimp. She was able to able to look at the situation and help Caden figure out a solution. Just as Gwen hoped that her faith would always be strong no matter the situation, we struggle with the same issues. I love how Lisa always works faith and trust in God into her edge-of-your-seat adventures!
