Let some themes and storylines go unanswered (in a good way.) I feel like the translation got a little muddled at times in this series but still great and magical realism-y. ( )

This manga was so wonderful that I read the four volumes all at once.

Our Dreams at Dusk is a slice of life manga about different members of the LGBT community. It's informative while still being funny, emotional and engaging. I did cry at the end. I got attached to the characters and I loved it so much.

I wished that the arcs for three of the characters weren't left so open ended, but that is just me saying that I wish there were more volumes.

I also wish this lounge was real. A place full of supportive queer people looks dreamy. ( )

This series was so beautiful! It is very real and each character was believable! I highly recommend this manga series for anyone who is interested in learning about the LGBT community. I found it very eye opening as someone who is part of the community. It shows that you can’t always just label how you or someone else feels and you don’t have to be able to explain it fully either. I love it so much! ( )

I started spontaneously sobbing when Tchaiko got to the hospital so that was fun ( )

FINAL VOLUME!?!?!? NOOOOOOOOO! NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Despite feeling truncated and a bit rushed, the series is given a satisfying conclusion. I wish it were twice or three times as long, but I'm so grateful to have gotten to know these characters for at least these four volumes. ( )
