What I had really gotten this book for was for Apuleius' On The Platonic Doctrine. It is another notable Middle Platonist work and it was a worthwhile read. While apparently the Latin sources for this work are in rather poor shape, one can at least get some idea of how Apuleius, and possibly other Platonists, interpreted Plato's writings. Along with the Handbook it is essential reading for Middle Platonism.
This collection also has three writers that had written a Life of Plato: Diogenes Laertius, Hesychius and Olympiodorus. All three seem to be interdependent but definitely worth reading. Laertius' account is the more substantial of the three.
The Timaeus Of Locri is also included here and is an essential Middle Platonist work, but I had also skipped that here because I've read it previously and will soon read it again in another collection.
Thomas Gray's notes on the Platonic dialogues rounds out this volume and does contain some great summaries and commentary.
