This cookbook has practical, simple recipes and I can see myself using it often. I was somewhat disappointed in it, however, because it doesn't always deliver on the 'sheet pan' part. When I think of sheet pan cooking, I think of most or all of the meal being cooked together on one sheet pan. In this cookbook, however, several of the recipes have you cooking only portions of the meal (usually the main course) this way. Having to cook things separately is what I was trying to avoid by buying this book.

Still, I have one night every week that requires a quick and easy-bordering-on-mindless recipe due to our schedule and I think this cookbook will come in handy for that. If you need this kind of recipe, you might want to check this book out. It might also serve as a good springboard for your own all-sheet pan meals. ( )

I have only had a chance to try one recipe from this little cookbook, The Feta and Mint Mini Meatloaves, but they were so good I would recommend anyone have this around to try more. ( )
