However, when unexpected guests take up residence in his beard, life gets complicated. The book makes good use of ending sounds, alliteration, as well as patterns, shown in Jim's daily life. This is a silly story that younger kids will enjoy, as they try to guess what happens to Jim next. This book is about a lumberjack who fit the whole criteria of being a lumberjack. He was big, loved pancakes, had a beard and was strong. His hard work at cutting trees took away from the animals that lived there. This story shows the importance of conservation and the lumberjack makes a home for these animals in his beard. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
