I love this crazy family. Every book gets better and better in the series. The rantings of Ida Sue had me rolling. I love that the kids take it in stride with how open and blunt she is about previous steamy moments/encounters. I was worried going into this that it wouldn't be as funny as the first two books due to some reviews. I had nothing to worry about because I loved it.

I loved both Petal and Lucas. They made some mistakes due to age and lack of communication. Together they fit. I loved that the author gave flashbacks of their life before each chapter. It helped give dimension to how they got to where they are now.

I hope the author doesn't listen to the naysayers and certain bad reviews and continues with this series. I need to know all about the Crayon brothers and Flower sisters especially if AIDS Sue is a part of it. Can't wait to see what story is next. ( )

I knew I had wrote this, but forgot to add to goodreads..here it goes...I love the crayon family. This was Petal's and Luka's story. I got to say, that Luka surprised me, as I was reading he constantly said how much he loved Petal, and that she was it for him. Yet as I continued to read, the attitude he had of not forgiving her, pissed me off. Yes, she had lied, but get over it, you married her so stop with the grudge. Also, she is your wife, and he needed to take her consideration above others, and he didn't. Luckily for him, he got another chance, and he finally woke up and realized it. I loved Petal and River, but most importantly Ida Sue, she always delivers. Can't wait til the next one. ( )
