Jack and Maddie have romantic history that will rear its head as they work together and then try to find a way forward as teammates at work and perhaps at home. As for the story…from South America to the Midwest to the East Coast and with mention of London, Russia and other world locations this was a global story that included murder, mayhem, bombs, cartel, mafia, torture…as well as camaraderie, friendship, teamwork AND some rather steamy moments between Jack and Maddie. As the series continues I believe that Ash and Claire should get a story of their own and I am curious about Adam and Finn and whether or not they will have books with romances of their own. Most of all, I wonder what will happen in the next novel now that the Templars must face the facts revealed on the thumb drive and begin to deal with the Illuminati.
