12 • Jill The Giant-Killer • novelette by William Tuning and Ewing Edgar Combat pilots fight tornadoes by thermal explosives. Not as exiting as it sounds, as the focus of the story is in the political fighting for financing this. Also, the romantic subplot was totally unnecessary. ***½
68 • Building Block • shortstory by Sonya Dorman Architect designing space habitats has for some strange reason all the plans only in her subconsiouness, tries to get them out by sort of psyhcotherapy, for some reason both therapists are scammers. I didn't really get the point, but struggled through the story. *+
104 • Child of All Ages • shortstory by P. J. Plauger Immortal child of physical age of about nine, chronological age of about 2500 years lives in foster family to whom she have admitted her age. Very good story, but I find the fosters parents motivation for the actions in the end very confusing and illogical. ****+
122 • Lifeboat (Part 2 of 3) • serial by Gordon R. Dickson and Harry Harrison Story continues. Not as good as the first part, a bit stretched out. ***+
168 • Mail Supremacy • [Chap Foey Rider] • shortstory by Hayford Peirce FTL mail service? Very nice, funny short short story. ****- ( )
