Don't get me wrong if you have your stunt saber and you are looking for a place to start training the techniques and drills will be beneficial for you. But there are MUCH better books on Fiore's swords techniques and while there are not really any other books on lightsaber combat there are many other sword styles that might be more beneficial to you.
What really disappointed me was that there was not even an attempt at fitting the Fiore system into the seven styles of the Star Wars canon nor had the author tried to adapt the techniques to the lightsaber but rather kept the techniques as longsword techniques. (
