A highly entertained and worthy retelling of the Tale of Jason and the Argonauts for young readers, simplifying the prose yet retaining the majesty and excitement of the original. With short chapters that are self-contained enough to be read each night by young readers (or those who read to young listeners) we have been sharing this book as a family before bedtime, with the household five year old sharing reading duties with the parents.
The illustrations add to the appeal of this book, firing the imagination as you follow Jason and his band on their quest for the Golden Fleece. (
