We all do things everyday like getting up, getting dressed, brushing our teeth and eating. Sometimes if we eat too much of the certain kinds of foods we can get overweight. Eating less is hard. Its important to eat the right foods in the right quantity. Sometimes we eat when we are sad, bored, mad, or just because. Whatever size we are we all are special.
