The Seers of Yaldos have a sad story to tell, but Alby and Kalendorf know they must listen. Meanwhile, the Daleks have their sights fixed on Project Infinity. The human race's only hope of victory could signal the destruction of the entire universe.
My main reaction to this one is “wait, what?!” The ending took me completely by surprise, so much that I had to check my app to see if it had cut out suddenly or whether that was indeed the ending. It was a daring way to end the story, IMO.
The rest of the story was all right, but I found it a bit shouty and repetitive in places, with rapid-fire dialogue that echoed what other people had literally just said. Made me feel a bit grumpy: “Weren’t you LISTENING?” I have to wonder whether this story arc might have worked better as three slightly longer parts, edited a bit differently. ( )
