I think this was the scariest of the books so far, it was quite dark but it was again just as good if not better than the previous ones. Travis Simmons writing keeps me hooked, entertained and wanting more! Another great addition to The Revenant Wyrd Saga and I cannot wait to read the fourth book. In this book we revisit some of the characters that are mentioned in the previous novels as pieces of the story are finally put together. We see Grace, Dalah, and Rosalee together at last as they repair the Mirror of the Moon to prepare their way to the well. The Lafaye's are on the journey home. Unfortunately, because the well is now filled with chaos, they can no longer use their wyrd. They now have to travel through dangerous realms, fighting the dalua along with Porillion hot on their trail. Once again, Travis Simmons does not disappoint! There was nonstop action from beginning to end. There's quite a few twists and unexpected revelations about the main characters. The thing I absolutely love about this series is that it flows so well, that you just don't want it to end. Luckily it doesn't, and I can't wait to see how they deal with the new troubles that have developed as well as what has happened to Amber since she left Luminara.
