Zoey has a history of getting tongue-tied around Garrett, but that may be because he seems to be obsessed with staring at her mouth and he makes her nervous! haha They form a quick bond after he steps in to help her get settled in town and to deal with lingering resentments held by her ex-boyfriend's family.
