This book is a collection of traditional folk tales, told by Richard Scarry. Some familiar ones include The Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, to some not-so-familiar ones such as The Three Wishes and The Teeny-Tiny Woman. These stories are nice and sweet and will keep a young reader interested throughout. I would recommend this book to children in 2nd-4th grade. ( )
