I've received an ARC of this in exchange of a honest review Publicado originalmente en: El Extraño Gato del Cuento Con Dare To You quedé un poco decepcionada, después de leer Pushing The Limits tenía grandes expectativas que lamentablemente la segunda parte no llegó a completar, pero aun así cuando tuve la oportunidad de leer Crash Into You, solo no pude dejarla pasar. Reseña completa (comentarios y quejas): El Extraño Gato del Cuento ----------------------- Así quedé inmediatamente al terminar el libro: Primero: Y luego: Y después: This one took me a while to read, I was worried about the way it would go, so I slowed down. I shouldn't have, they didn't do the really stupid things I thought they would do, but I still think they could have told more truth to her siblings. I looked forward to Isaiah’s story, after his heartbreak with Beth. I wanted him to have what/who he really needed rather than what he thought he wanted. Rachel needs someone, too; someone who will see her for who she really is, unlike her family, who see her as a replacement daughter/sister. Although it took me a while to read this one, I did like it. It held up to my expectations for a KM novel. I was worried that Rachel and Isaiah would spend too much time keeping secrets and I really dislike that trope, but I should have had more faith in Ms. McGarry. Secrets were kept, just not endlessly and without quite as much angst as normal, because they actually talk to each other (lovely for a change) and both Isaiah and Rachel talk to friends or siblings. I’m glad to have ARCs of these novels, as I can’t keep them in the library. I read this one with one of my students to help motivate me and we had a fun time talking about it together. Katie McGarry’s books have become an autobuy for my library, and an autoread for quite a few of my girls. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

Even though it is book 3 in the series it can be read as a stand alone and I am so glad that I did not let anything stop me from reading this one!
i loved Isaiah and Rachel from the beginning and even though everyone in her family saw Rachel as weak, I just knew that in there somewhere was a fighter, and I hoped that she would show sooner rather than later.
I love that Isaiah helped Rachel see who she really was and that even when she tried to hide things from him he would push her to open up. He may seem a little controlling, but I think that just adds to his charm, since he isn't abusive in the "control". The story is a great one, good girl falls for boy from the wrong side and they seem to have an epic love. ( )
