Like the other books in this series I felt this one was written for me.First you've been compared to Stephen King - one of my favorites. Next your books were compared to The Wizard of Oz - another of my favorites. Then you use a dog in your storyline and lo and behold its a German Shepard- of course, my favorite. Now in your latest installment you mention paintball. Yet one more of my favorites. I squealed in delight. I couldn't believe my eyes. Even if it was only mentioned briefly I was still thrilled. BUT THEN, sniff sniff, THEN after reading a few more pages you ripped my heart out. You did the unthinkable. Page after page the tears came. I was so emotionally invested that I wanted just as much revenge as Oz. Even two days after finishing the book I"m still thinking about. That is a great book when you can't stop thinking about it days after you've finished!
I can't wait for the next one ! Not only to find out what happens, of course, but I'm wondering what other "favorite" thing of mine will be in the storyline. Baking? Knitting? The color blue? . . . . . . ( )
