This was the first of the books. The set up is different. The Heroine is living with a guy!!!??? that isn't the hero. But her total disinterest in this guy us made clear from the get go. The circumstances if the heroine and the situation are given in a non info dump kind of way and the mayhem begins. Well written (I only spotted about 10 instances of typos/wrong words/missing words so that was a positive for me. The paranormal twist is light and even sweet so of you aren't a paranormal fan, it probably shouldn't bother you. Quick read. Great for a rainy afternoon.
