Madame Croissant lived a quiet life with her well-mannered dog, Mister Dash, working in her gift shop, and admiring her stamp collection. Until Sunday. On Sunday, Madame Croissant’s energetic granddaughter, Daphne, came to visit. Mister Dash resisted Daphne’s efforts to play with him and silently scoffed at Daphne.
