Even if you are afraid it is okay to be afraid sometimes. This book is in the Lakewood Pierce College Library, and is for ages 3 to 6.

This book helps describe the feeling of being scared. It also presents numerous coping mechanisms for children when dealing with being scared. I would recommend this book to children 3-6
