The Rabbit & the Dragonfly is anchored by a long bar, at the end of which are large bookshelves. In all, there’s seating for about 40, as well as standing space along the bar.

The Rabbit & the Dragonfly’s drinks menu will include coffee, espresso, lattes and cappuccinos and some specialty sodas. There will be a simple food menu of two soups every day, three or four sandwiches and some salads.

Events will include poetry readings, open mic nights, concerts, workshops and author readings. Some of the events will be held in the church’s space next door, which won’t be regularly used by the cafe.
