Named for its proximity to Independence National Park, this branch serves people who live in Society Hill, Old City, Queen Village, Washington Square West, and Chinatown. It also serves many lunchtime visitors from Center City. It has an extensive collection of Chinese books and other material.

Located on 7th Street between Market & Chestnut.

Monday, Wednesday 12-8 pm.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 am-5 pm
Saturday 1-5 pm
