Very good book for its genre. If you're looking for some techniques and some instructions and some motivation and some "how do I complete something without my inner voice telling me it sucks" details, this book will cover all the bases.

Actually, there isn't anything I can nit-pick about it. It provides exactly what you should expect in a book that demonstrates some ideas about how to start/work on/complete your own art journal. And it *is* about art-journaling: covering both the art side and the journalling side.
