We purchased this book during a family vacation to Florida approximately 1979. This book is photos with captions. I remembered some of the items/stations/sections (such as the Rocket Garden) but not all of the things in the booklet. It was fun to remember this family vacation.

We purchased this in 1979 during a visit to the NASA: John F. Kennedy Space Center facilities in Florida. The book reviews the history of the space center and the missions in which it participated (Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, etc.) as well as discussing the Space Shuttle (which wasn't in use at the time but was upcoming).

This is a book my mom had at her house. It started out interesting--discussing how the British had a postal service in what is now the U. S. and how the U. S. separated from it even prior to the War for Independence. The part about the Pony Express is also interesting.

Other parts were not so interesting to me--mostly when they got into the politics behind the postal service or the post master generals and what changes they made.
