This is a magnificent book - beautifully illustrated, graphically superb, comprehensive, informative and insightful. I felt I should be wearing white gloves to turn the pages. Absolutely fascinating and lavish production values.

If I could be anyone in the world, Mark Lehner is definitely at the top of my list to be. He is one of the preeminent Egyptologists, and has worked on the Giza plateau for over twenty years. His knowledge of Egypt's pyramids is superb, and in this book, he shares much of that knowledge with us.

In this short little compilation of extracts from Cayce's trance readings, Cayce gives answers to questions that have baffled anthropologists, archaeologists and Egyptologists, the main question being: how did such an advanced civilization appear in Egypt in such a brief period of time, so brief, in fact, that it seemed to appear from nowhere, fully formed. You need an open mind to appreciate the answers given.

This is THE book to read on the pyramids of Egypt. Written by a specialist on the subject, who has spent the last 30 years working on and around the Giza plateau, it is a true exploration of pyramids, how they could have been built, and how they probably were built...
