An American book which aims to use art to help children understand and cope with feelings of loss and change.

This book teaches children about how they can deal with the lose of a loved one. It is an activity book that the children can work through to see how their emotions are normals and shouldn't;t be repressed. In this book it has a plot with how in the beginning you feel a loss but by the end you realize all the good times you had with this person and you focus on the good rather than the bad.
