This book is a collection of true erotic stories written by women and compiled by Dr. Lonnie Barbach, a clinical practitioner. This book explained so much of what I'm feeling and experiencing. It's such a relief to know that what I'm going through is normal and common and that there are so many things I can do, ranging from conventional hormone replacement therapy to a wide variety of alternative medicines and treatments. It's a great resource, especially if you don't know your family history of the pause.

Also contains a chapter on pregnancy and menopause, and another chapter on STD's and contraception, with a list of resources for sex therapy and couples therapy and family planning.… (plus d'informations)
