At the beginning of each day, the weaver begins her work, spinning thread, dying it, and then weaving it into a cloth. At the end of the day, the weaver spreads this extraordinary cloth over us, to warm and protect us all through the night. This poetry book is a perfect bedtime story that will help children fall asleep. It is warm and inviting with illustrations that are beautifully drawn to go along with the poem. I would definitely recommend this story to parents to read to their children. ( ) This text tells a story of the every day lives of people. Sometimes, during our life time, we forget about all of the little things- struggles, love, friendship, dreams, etc. The weaver, though, captures these moments in her cloth as a reminder that we should be thankful for everything life has to offer. It serves as a reminder that we need to take a step back and absorb the essence of this beautiful life we encounter every day, for before we know it, it'll be gone. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

High above the world, a weaver spins thread from such things as clouds, dyes it with colors from the sky and grass, and weaves a cloth filled with the emotions she sees throughout the day to make a blanket of dreams. Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
