D.I. Croft is given a case to review - the Fletcher case. Meanwhile friend and ex-D.I. Tynan is asked to look for a missing uncle. Then a body of a boy is found. Is there any connection between the events. Croft and D.S. Price investigate the killing. But will it be the last.
An interesting and well-written mystery, another good story in this re-issued series.

This is a story of crimes against teenage boys by adults and the manner in which an investigation can unfold.

Eric Pearson moves into a quiet neighborhood but when neighbors find about his history they act merciless to the family.

Eric was part of a commune, the Children of Solomon but was asked to leave due to inappropriate behavior. He feels this was done without sufficient cause. He also has information about a national case involving this but when police look at his information, there isn't enough proof.

The story is slow to develop and only gets going when another body is found.

I found that the story was well written and the characters well drawn but the story was hard to read due to the delicate nature of the subject. ( )
