On one hand this book is full of useful information, and appears largely to be the result of a prodigious amount of compilation.
On the other hand, there is lots of opinion offered on theological subjects, some of which is more speculative than reasonable.
The indices are very good, which is what caused me to buy it, along with a desire to try to make sense of Dispensationalism, which still hasn't happened.
Perhaps if one had been a lawyer like Scofield, rather than a lawyer like Calvin..... ( )
